How to Set Scheduling Restrictions

The Scheduling Restrictions dock settings allow you to:

• Restrict how soon carriers can schedule an appointment. Set the minimum number of hours between the booking of an appointment and the appointment itself.
• Restrict how soon carriers can edit an appointment (or modify it on any level, including canceling and rescheduling it). Set the minimum number of hours between the booking of an appointment and the appointment itself. 
  Note: If disabled, the system will default to the above value.
• Restrict how far in advance carriers can see schedule an appointment. Set the maximum number of days out an appointment can be scheduled.

1. Go to the Warehouse tab
2. Select the Warehouse by clicking the edit icon on the right 
3. On the top, select 'Docks' 
4. If you have already created the dock, click the first icon on the right to edit it
5. Under the 'Instructions' field, you will be able to set the Scheduling Restrictions
6. Click 'Save Dock' at the bottom
