Unfortunately, carriers are not able to change their email address on the carrier portal.
Carrier accounts are based on an email address so they cannot be changed. Should you wish to transition to using a new email address for a carrier account, you will need to register the new email address via the following link: https://carrier.opendock.com/app/register
It is advised to use a centralized email for the company instead of an individual email (i.e.: first.last@company.com) to avoid the need to change email addresses for your account.
