This can be done after the appointment is scheduled. Follow the steps below:
- Go to my appointments tab
- Filter by date at the top
- Select the appointment
- Click on 'manage appointment'
- Below the statuses, select either 'arriving early' or 'running late'
- Type in the ETA
- Enter the reason
- Click 'save'
